She reached breaking point and had a meltdown back in April when her printer, vacuum cleaner and dishwasher all broke down at the same time while she was in isolation. 

And now Australian actress Naomi Watts has revealed how she’s been keeping ‘sane’ while in lockdown and tackling her ‘anxiety’ while at home. 

Speaking to Vogue this week, the 51-year-old Hollywood heavyweight said that she’s been cooking, reading, taking care of herself and ‘taking it day by day.’

‘I’m a planner and not being able to think too far forward gives me anxiety,’ Naomi told the publication.  

‘With all the uncertainty it’s best to just think small… ”how do I get through this day?”

Naomi – who was recently isolating in the Hamptons with her family and ex Liev Schreiber – said that talking to friends regularly helps.

‘We are collectively sharing this experience and mostly everyone is having to deal with some level of frustration, sadness, or loneliness, and therefore we all need to find ways to connect.’

Naomi said she’s been exercising a lot, cooking, listening to podcasts and audio books and reading to get her through. 

She said she’s also been making sure to prioritise self-care, and has been using an oil before bed to help her get to sleep – $76 De Mamiel Sleep Series Settle oil.

The age-defying blonde said she’s also been using the $99 Jao Goe body oil on her skin. 

In April, The Ring star reached breaking point after her printer, vacuum cleaner and dishwater all broke down while she was isolating from the coronavirus pandemic. 

Naomi shared her anguish with fans by uploading a slow-motion video of herself screaming hysterically.

Several of Naomi’s celebrity friends expressed their sympathies in the captions. 

‘Bad news,’ Academy Award-winning actress Julianne Moore commented.

Actress Marsha Stephanie Blake added: ‘Noooooooooooo!! I’m feeling this pain! Sending love (and a fixit person in a hazmat suit?)’

‘No way that’s bad day for sure,’ celebrity hairstylist Renato Campora agreed. 

The King Kong star – who recently adopted a new puppy during lockdown – also shared a photo of herself heaping red velvet cake into her mouth.

‘Quarantine PROTIP: EAT your feelings..,’ she wrote next to an ‘Instagram vs reality’ picture of her cake fail.
