Nancy Sinatra and stars pays tribute to Jeopardy host Alex Trebek after he loses battle to pancreatic cancer at age 80

Stars and fans are paying tribute to Jeopardy host Alex Trebek after his passing at age 80. 

The TV icon passed away Sunday while surrounded by his family and friends, according to TMZ, after suffering from stage 4 pancreatic cancer. 

Nancy Sinatra, 80, was one of the first people to send her condolences, taking to Twitter to write: ‘Part of our lives for decades, he taught us about so many things and now Alex Trebek has gone from us. Sending love to his family and friends. We will miss you, sir. Godspeed.’
