She’s the former AFL WAG who is known for her trim and toned physique.

And on Wednesday, Nadia Bartel set pulses racing as she flaunted her toned midriff in a mirror selfie shared to her Instagram page.

Nadia, 34, looked every inch the stylish influencer in a white crop top and navy blue jeans as she posed for the photo.

‘This teddy speaks to me,’ she wrote, describing her stylish fluffy jacket which featured blue detailing.

Nadia appeared to be glammed up for the occasion, wearing a makeup palette which included smokey eyes and full coverage foundation.

The mother-of-two recently revealed she was actually a fan of the cold weather, as it made being back in lockdown in Melbourne easier.

‘I’m loving this cold Melbourne weather as it doesn’t make me feel bad about staying inside and doing nothing,’ she captioned a post on Instagram.

Earlier this month, Nadia revealed she wasn’t going to let isolation hold her love for fashion back, posing in a head-to-toe Scanlan Theodore outfit worth $3890.  

She appeared to step straight out of the Matrix film franchise, as she added a black leather trench coat worth $2220.

Nadia also confessed that she was feeling ‘really anxious’ about being put back into lockdown at the time.

‘I am not going to lie, this new round of lockdowns has made me feel really anxious,’ she began, captioning a photo of her two young sons.

Nadia shares Aston, four, and Henley, one, with her estranged husband, retired AFL player Jimmy Bartel.
