Her brunette locks were worn in a sleek and straight style and she flashed a beaming smile at photographers as she made her way down the street.

Myleene recently revealed she had to assist a woman who had collapsed on a tube- one day after doing a first aid course with her children.

She took to social media to share aspects of the training from St John’s Ambulance on Thursday with the five-strong Klass household.

Myleene’s skills were soon put into practice as the next day an emergency call was made asking for assistance after a lady had fainted in one of the carriages.

The former Hear Say singer asked her two children, who were riding on the tube, ‘Ok so what just happened?’

Myleene’s eldest daughter Ava, 12, said: ‘Well a lady fainted on the train and was really hot and so they asked for medical assistance so mumma went out… It’s perfect timing we just did a first aid course.’

The radio presenter reassured her followers that the lady was OK.

Myleene decided to educate her children on the importance of first aid after several terrifying medical emergencies.

Ava recently scared the family by choking on seafood while on holiday and Hero, as a one-year-old, accidentally swallowed a glow in the dark star.

After trying out chest pumps on dummies, the model’s boyfriend Simon Motson jokingly laid down baby son Apollo, six months, next to the mannequins, but added they didn’t try anything out on him.

Sharing the training course on Instagram, the former One Show host said: ‘Those who know me know how strongly I feel about learning some basic first aid.

‘I’ve had to use it on both my daughters (terrifying), on a women on a plane, on a train (more on that later), on an old man in the street…

‘It means that whilst it may be really scary to be faced with a life or death situation, it also means you have a better chance of not feeling helpless and most importantly, being able to maybe save your loved ones….

‘I got my family in on it this time as having a little baby means we need to be ready to help him. I’m putting some vids up so you might be able to get some tips.’

Myleene later praised friends and strangers alike for their positive reaction to seeing the training session shared on Instagram.

‘Never had a reaction to my stories like I’ve received in the past few hours. So many of my own friends have contacted me signing up for courses,’ she posted.

‘Have put the videos on my highlights. Please watch. Many of you feel they’ve helped refresh your memory or even just kick started you.

‘Also, so many messages of people choking and being saved by family members (I can’t believe how heroic some peoples partners and mothers have been) and many frightened they don’t know what to do if it happened.

‘@stjohn_ambulance, you are amazing. My girls have been bandaging each other up all weekend! (This is not a campaign or an ad, my mum was a nurse my BF’s dad is a Dr (tbh, a Professor, we’re in good hands!) so we feel we have to keep on top of this as we know the importance of it all AND my children are terrifyingly susceptible to choking.’

Myleene’s post comes after she spent Valentine’s Day with her partner Simon, which was also a year to the day after they first announced they were expecting their first child together.

The couple have been together for four years after being introduced through a mutual friend, and Myleene has previously referred to the PR executive as ‘the love of my life’.

She was previously married to bodyguard Graham Quinn, but he left her heartbroken when he walked out of the family home on her 34th birthday in April 2012.

Myleene’s ex left her just six months after the couple’s wedding, after having been together for 11 years at the time.
