Like many others, Rebecca Judd has been getting super fit during lockdown. 

And the 37-year-old mother-of-four showed off the fruits of her labour during a gruelling at-home workout on Tuesday. 

The AFL WAG shared a video of herself doing a HIIT session in the comfort of her living room.

In the video, the football WAG performed a series of high-intensity exercises in front of a TV screen, with a video coaching her through the workout. 

She broke down the exercises for her followers in the caption, revealing it was a 20-minute workout and confessing she isn’t a fan of jumping lunges. 

‘Today’s 20 minute no equipment HIIT from the @keepitcleaner app done in my lounge room,’ she wrote. 

‘I do approx 2-3 of these a week, interspersed with their mat Pilates workouts. I’m feeling fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been and they are so easy to fit into my day.’

She continued: ‘A couple of things: 1. Yes, I know I’m s**thouse at pushups. Always have been, always will be. 

‘2. These repetitive exercises are completed in different rounds x4 so there is a lot more work to do than the sped up exercises I have displayed here.

‘3. Jumping lunges can get f%#$!!!!’

The svelte star was dressed in exercise tights and a sports bra, which showed off her toned stomach.

She also wore sneakers, and her long caramel-coloured hair was pulled up in a high ponytail.

At the end of the challenging video, which had been sped up for Instagram, an exhausted looking Bec jubilantly pumped her fists in the air.

Last month, Bec urged her Instagram followers to workout every day while in lockdown, telling them it can go ‘one of two ways’.  

‘We either all end up addicted to booze, spicy margaritas, yes! Or we can take this opportunity to get really fit and work on some positives,’ she said.

‘That’s what I’m doing. I’m trying to work out every single day. I think I’ve worked out every day nine days in a row. Not all of them are intense.’
