Frankie and Wayne Bridge have become viral sensations thanks to their couple dance routines on TikTok.
Determined not to be left behind, Mollie King has enlisted the help of her Saturdays bandmate Frankie to help her nail the moves to some of the most popular dances on the video sharing platform.
The 32-year-old singer struggled to get to grips with the moves as Frankie gave her a step by step guide on Thursday.

The star showed off the finished result, displaying her abs in a grey sports bra as she worked up a sweat in her living room.
Throughout the day, Mollie had kept her followers updated about her progress, confessing she was massively overthinking things.
She lamented: ‘I should be practicing my TikTok dance, but it’s that first step! That first step is so weird for me.
‘Is it cheating if I just come in at the start of the chorus?’

It didn’t help matters that Frankie’s husband Wayne Bridge was trolling her, teasing her about his superior skills.
‘Get it nailed Molls otherwise I’m going to do it and smash it out of the park’, he wrote in a message to her.
Mollie also shared a snap of her cute pet dog, joking he was better at learning new routines than she is.

Filming herself lying on her sofa, taking a break mid-dance, she continued: ‘I think I’m probably just overthinking it… which is SO unlike me. Normally I’m so breezy.
She joked: ‘FINALLY getting there @frankiebridge! I think even Alfie knows it at this point #supalonely #tiktok’.
The girls were adept at learning dance moves during their days with Una Healy, Vanessa White and Rochelle Humes in The Saturdays.
The band went on hiatus in 2015 and have gone on to focus on solo projects in the worlds of presenting and music.
