Victoria’s Secret model Kelly Gale relaunched her YouTube channel this month.
And on Friday, the 24-year-old treated viewers to her 15 minute arm and shoulder workout using tinned tomato as weights, that can be followed in isolation.
Showing off her cleavage and abs in an orange crop top and camouflage leggings, the Swedish-Australian beauty broke down key exercises to tone the upper body.

Kelly told fans inside the gym that today she would be using tinned tomatoes as one or two pound weights.
The catwalk queen revealed that while she’s using a lighter weight to add ‘definition and not bulk’.
Kelly’s arm and shoulder workout included ‘wide claps’ – extending both arms to the side with a tin in each hand, and proceeding to move them in front of the body.
Leaner the upper body forward to almost a ninety degree angle, the brunette then performed a series of tricep extensions with a tin in each hand.

Light weights, but many repetitions: Another exercise worked the front deltoids. Kelly raised each arm out in front at separate times, while holding onto a can of tomatoes
Simple yet effective: Another key move was a bicep curl. Kelly raised both arms towards her body, while holding onto the cans
Other key exercises included a bicep curl with a tin in either hand, as well as raising an extended arm forward one at a time, to focus on the front deltoids.
Kelly, who has walked the Victoria’s Secret runway five times, told Vogue Australia in November 2018 that she complements her exercise regimen with a balanced diet.
‘I was never introduced to bad, unhealthy foods, so for me it’s just natural to eat very healthy,’ she said.
‘I eat lots of fish, all vegetables except potatoes, I love slow-release carbs like oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt and lots of berries and fruits.’
