Moana Hope shares sweet photos of her newborn daughter Svea who she shares with wife Isabella Carlstrom
Moana Hope and her model wife Isabella Carlstrom welcomed their daughter into the world last week.
And on Tuesday, the AFLW star shared more adorable photos of her baby girl, Svea.
The 32-year-old posted a series of sweet pictures, including one of the newborn dressed in a onesie.

Other photos in Moana’s Instagram gallery show little Svea sound asleep or napping.
She also included an adorable photo of the tot in a carrier as they headed home.
‘That’s my baby and I love her with all of my beating heart,’ the new mother proudly wrote in the caption.

Last week, Moana and Isabella revealed they named their baby girl Svea Hope Carlstrom.
‘This is our little Queen. Her name is Svea Hope Carlstrom and she has stolen my heart in a way that I can’t put into words,’ Moana wrote on Instagram, last Tuesday.
‘She is perfect and I’m completely in love. Haven’t sleep much [because] I can’t stop looking at her and kissing her little face,’ she said.
