Missy Elliott donates $1.3K to cash-strapped bride so she can purchase her plus size ‘dream dress’
Missy Elliott has donated $1,300 to a cash-strapped bride so that she can buy the wedding dress she set her heart on.
The bride Ireanna Bradshaw tweeted a link to her Cash App since she was having trouble coping with her mounting expenses.
Soon Missy, 49, stepped in and revealed in Ireanna’s replies that she had sent her the money she needed for the plus-size floral David’s Bridal dress she wanted.

‘Im getting Married in March &trying to move into our own place. Excited but overwhelmed,’ Ireanna wrote in her original tweet.
Alongside a string of photos of her with her fiance Roderick Purdie she wrote: ‘I have been saving money; but its still a struggle.’
She added: ‘I found my dream dress and I want to get it so bad but between saving for the move- i dnt think it will be possible…..’
Ireanna included a screen-grab from the David’s Bridal website of the dress she was hoping for, featuring swag sleeves and a thigh-slit.

‘Early Congratulations,’ Missy wrote in a reply. ‘May God Bless you both with an Unbreakable Union and full of Love & Happiness.’
‘Omg thank you so much…..im literally speechless; this is so sweet. You can come if you want- id love to have you,’ Ireanna gushed.
‘Your Dress is paid for now,’ Missy then wrote with a smiley face emoji. ‘I don’t know you but I saw you said the dress of your dreams & figured I would help when I saw you post ya cash app.’
The rap diva, who has never herself been married, wrote: ‘May Blessings pour on your Beautiful Wedding Day with your Future husband.’

Ireanna gushed to TMZ that the former Sista member ‘literally made it possible for me to have my dream dress and be confident on the most precious day in my life.’
The bride-to-be said she has admired Missy for ages and that the musical icon helped her arrive at a place of self-love.
When she read that Missy had paid for the dress Ireanna, who was sitting with her mother in a restaurant, began to sob.
Ireanna apparently lives in North Carolina which makes her a Southern gal just like Missy, who hails from Portsmouth, Virginia.
