The ballerina, 34, took to Instagram on Sunday to share pictures of her evening with the Rolling Stones rocker, 77, which saw them have dinner and a heart-shaped cake for the occasion.

Melanie put on a casually chic display for their evening together as she wore a black shirt with red hearts printed on the front and black trousres.
Mick clearly went all out for their dinner, as she showed a picture of the table which had been decorated with roses, heart-shaped bunting and pink balloons.
The dancer also shared a snap of the delectable cake they enjoyed together, which was also shaped like a heart and topped with pink and white icing.

It comes after Rolling Stones frontman Mick, 77, reportedly splashed out more than £1 million on a property for Melanie.
Sir Mick is said to have paid $1.9 million (£1.4 million) for the house in late October, with the title put in Miss Hamrick’s name, according to real estate firm Michael Saunders & Company who sold the home.
Tina Ciaccio, the listing agent, said the couple didn’t even visit the home before buying.
Speaking to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, she said: ‘It was very cool hearing Mick Jagger’s voice over the phone; that was neat. But regardless, they really were a pleasure, a great couple to transact with.’

The property sits on roughly a third of an acre in the planned community of Lakewood Ranch, according to the publication, and is situated next to a lake with nearly 8,400 square feet (780 square meters) under the roof.

Sir Mick, who is worth an estimated £285 million, shares son Devereaux with Melanie whom he met in 2014 following the death of his girlfriend L’Wren Scott.
The singer has eight children by five women. His first child, daughter Karis, 50, was a result of a fling with actress and singer Marsha Hunt.
He then went onto have daughter Jade, 49, with his then-wife Bianca.
The Satisfaction hitmaker also has four children with Jerry Hall: daughters Elizabeth, 36, and Georgia, 29, and sons James, 35, and Gabriel, 23.
Mick and Jerry split after it was discovered that he had had an affair with Brazilian model Luciana Gimenez Morad, resulting in Jagger’s seventh child, Lucas, 21.
