Michelle Bridges urges fans to ‘reconnect’ amid coronavirus

Michelle Bridges shared a few inspiring words for her Instagram followers amid the uncertainty of the coronavirus pandemic.

In a post shared to the social media site on Sunday, the celebrity trainer said it’s ‘imperative’ to take time to ‘reconnect’ and ‘ground yourself’ amid trying times.

The 49-year-old uploaded a photo of herself breaking a sweat while on a solo run in Sydney, and promoted the benefits of running in getting back to the real you.

‘This is imperative!’ Michelle Bridges (pictured), 49, encouraged her Instagram fans on Sunday to ‘reconnect’ through running amid the uncertainty of the coronavirus pandemic

‘Going for a run or a walk completely takes you back to YOU! Giving yourself a chance to reconnect and ground yourself. This for YOU is imperative!’ Michelle began.

‘Time to let go. Feel and recognise emotions. Allowing them to come and go, as they do, like the waves of the ocean and remembering from within, who and what matters. To breathe. To grab some Vitamin D.’

Michelle went on to say that as long as you practice social distancing, it’s safe to exercise in the outdoors.

‘Go solo. Of course, staying respectively clear of others, keeping everyone safe, taking care of you physically mentally and spiritually and those around you who need you feeling good,’ she concluded.
