Meghan Markle’s Suits co-star Amanda Schull, 41, announces recent birth of son George with husband

Suits star Amanda Schull and her husband George Wilson announced Monday that they welcomed a baby son last month.

‘We are thrilled to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy, George Paterson Wilson VI,’ the 41-year-old actress told People on Monday. ‘February is now our favorite month of the year!’

The child was born February 25 and weighed eight pounds and six ounces at birth, and was measured at 21 inches long, Schull’s rep told the outlet.

‘We are going with Paterson, but accepting any and all nickname suggestions!’ said Schull, who played Katrina Bennet on Suits opposite Meghan Markle’s Rachel Zane.

Schull was among the Suits cast members who supported Markle in her May 2018 wedding to Prince Harry. 

Other cast members at Windsor Castle included Patrick J. Adams, Gabriel Macht and Sarah Rafferty.

Schull, speaking with the Australian magazine New Idea in 2018, said that ‘Prince Harry [was] the lucky one’ in the relationship.

‘I’m so thrilled for both of them,’ she said. ‘I don’t know Harry personally, but he’s a very lucky man to have Meghan in his life because I can only say wonderful things about her.’

Schull celebrates her ninth anniversary with husband Wilson, an Australia native, in May.

The Honolulu, Hawaii-born actress has also been seen on TV shows including 12 Monkeys, Murder in the First and Pretty Little Liars, and in TV films such as Romance Retreat, Love, Once and Always and The Arrangement.
