‘You can’t keep letting mother***ers walk all over you. You don’t need to be playing to nice with everybody,’ Tina tells a doubtful Megan as they sit in a car.

‘Who you gonna listen to? Them or Tina Snow? What you need to do is go in there and tell them you that b****,’ Tina says encouragingly.

Megan obtained a restraining order from a Texas judge this week saying that record label 1501 Entertainment could not stop her from releasing Suga on Friday.

She sued them on Monday over the terms of her contract, then alleged that they were standing in the way of the album release amid the legal battle, TMZ reported.

The label’s CEO Carl Crawford filed to have the restraining order scrapped, but on Wednesday a judge sided with Megan and allowed Suga to drop on schedule Friday.

‘I will stand up for myself and won’t allow two men to bully me, I am NO ONES PROPERTY,’ Megan wrote triumphantly on Instagram after the court’s decision.

When she was 20 years old Megan signed with 1501 Certified Entertainment, whose CEO is a former professional baseball player.

However she has since signed with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, who according to her informed her of some terms of her 1501 contract that she was previously unaware of.

In her lawsuit this Monday she asked that her 1501 contract be voided for its failure to comport with ‘industry standards.’

Megan alleged that she has earned $7 million for the recording label, which according to her suit has so far paid her only $15,000.

She accused 1501 of contractually demanding 60% of the money she makes from recording – as well as making her blow her share on such expenses as featured artists, engineers and mixers.

Her suit claims that the money she makes from live gigs will first go to 1501, who are then to pay Megan her cut of the profits.

However she is accusing the label of being ‘purposefully and deceptively vague’ in their assessment of how much they owe her.

Carl has insisted Megan’s deal was ‘a great contract for a first-timer,’ saying: ‘What contract gives parts of their masters and 40% royalties and all that kind of stuff?’

He told Billboard: ‘It’s a whole lie. Nothing is true that she said. Me being greedy and taking money from her, that’s crazy. I never tried to take nothing from her. The only thing we ever did was give, give, give.’

Carl’s claim that Megan owns ‘parts of [her] masters’ was contradicted when Complex obtained the actual contract.

The document says the label is ‘the owner from inception of each Master Recording’ and stipulates that ‘to the extent that ARTIST may be found to be the owner or author of any Master Recording, ARTIST hereby irrevocably assigns to COMPANY all of ARTIST’S rights in such Master Recording.’
