Mary-Kate originally filed for divorce in Manhattan in mid-April.

However, due to the coronavirus, the courts were not accepting divorce petitions and a request by the actress turned fashion designer to treat it as an emergency filing was denied.

When the court system opened up again on May 25, she wasted no time filing again.

In her original petition, the former Full House child star had claimed that Sarkozy was trying to kick her out of their shared apartment in New York City.
