Martine McCutcheon, 45, puts on a leggy display in a black backless swimsuit

She recently celebrated her 45th birthday. 

And Martine McCutcheon looked incredible as she showed off her age-defying  figure in a backless swimsuit on Instagram recently. 

The actress beamed with happiness as she enjoyed a glass of Prosecco in the garden. 

Martine showed off her long legs in the figure-hugging one-piece as she posed with her back to the camera. 

The former EastEnders actress made the most of the sunshine as she rested her feet on a grey rug and cushions. 

Martine uploaded the snap alongside the music Lovely Day by Bill Withers.   

Martine revealed she is a more fulfilled and confident person now she is older than when she was starting her career in her twenties two decades ago.

She said that ‘genuine confidence’ took her time and says she looks up to older actresses like Jennifer Lopez and Helen Mirren who still have successful careers.

The Love Actually star told The Sun: ‘I’m feeling so much more fulfilled, confident and sexy than I ever did in my twenties. 

‘What’s amazing is looking at people like Jennifer Lopez and Helen Mirren, who are ageing and yet their careers are still going strong. They’ve got this inner glow.

‘People always thought I was really confident, but it was a good act. Genuine confidence took time for me.’ 

Martine is proud mum to six-year-old son Rafferty whom she shares with her husband Jack McManus. 

The actress recently revealed she has been signed by a modeling agency at the age of 44, after dreaming of the career since she was a child. 

The actress took to Instagram to share the news that she had been signed by Elite Modeling Agency World, stating: ‘It just goes to show how it’s never too late for dreams to come true.’
