Former Married At First Sight groom Seb Guilhaus and Elizabeth Sobinoff just announced their devastating split to fans.

And on Thursday, the 31-year-old appeared to be in the midst of a tense phone call while running errands in his home city of Adelaide. 

The hunky personal trainer looked deep in thought as he texted and then spoke on the phone possibly to his reality star ex.

Despite his usual happy guy persona, Seb appeared less than impressed as he visited a Vodafone store while running post-gym errands.

The health and wellness guru had clearly just come from a workout with him earlier spotted carrying gym gear along with a coffee. 

For the early morning workout, Seb wore a black singlet which flaunted his bulging biceps along with a pair of long sports shorts.

He finished his athletic attire with a pair of sunglasses and black joggers. He accessorised with an assortment of rings and bracelets. 

Seb revealed some of the reasons for the split with Lizzie in a lengthy post he published to Instagram on Wednesday. 

Seb detailed a number of personal setbacks including the difficult move from Adelaide to Sydney which led to the pair growing apart.

‘I uprooted from Adelaide, left family and friends with an idea of the direction I wanted to head career-wise but with nothing in stone,’ he said.  

Having relocated to Sydney, Seb explained he ‘immediately felt totally isolated’.

‘It’s a different culture, different energy, knowing very few people. Liz was my family and friends at that stage,’ he wrote.

Seb was then left heartbroken after learning his cat, Little Savage, had died in Adelaide.  

Meanwhile, the Covid-19 crisis continued to take a toll, forcing Seb to cancel his wellness seminar. 

Unfortunately for Seb, he also fractured his leg and damaged three ligaments after his first game for his new footy club.

Seb then had a traumatic near-death experience while driving back to Adelaide.

Sharing a photo to Instagram of the charred remains of his burnt-out Ford Falcon, he explained: ‘I was driving 95km/hr and suddenly bursts into flames and I nearly go up with it.’

At the time, his car was filled with thousands of dollars worth of equipment and belongings, which were destroyed.

Upon his return to Adelaide, the couple announced their split.   

The pair shared similar statements to their social media accounts to fans. 

They have indicated they have remained amicable since the break-up.
