Married At First Sight’s Melissa Lucarelli slams the show for matching her with Dino Hira – and says the reunion special features ‘wine throwing and yelling’
Melissa Lucarelli did not meet the love of her life on season six of Married At First Sight.
On Saturday, the 39-year-old revealed that her match with Dino Hira, 35, was doomed from the start.
‘It isn’t Love Island where you’re dating different people, so I did actually think it was more serious with experts matching people together and the huge process of interviews, castings, and questionnaires,’ she told Punkee.

‘They definitely found me the one… the one person I had nothing in common with,’ Mel added.
The former reality star went on to say that she was ‘diagnosed with about 27 mental illnesses by sites and people on social media’ by trolls and was ‘unprepared’ by the barrage of hate she received.
While Melissa is not coming back for the reunion special airing on Sunday, she does have some idea what fans can expect.

‘Overall, it’ll be your standard dinner party – wine throwing and yelling! I feel like most of the reunion will be Cyrell verus Jess. Ines will definitely come out with her one-liners [like] “I’m horny”. And I think everyone yells at Nasser,’ Melissa said.
In December, Melissa revealed that won’t be part of the reunion as her family are currently going through a heartbreaking health battle.

‘Recently found out my dad has cancer,’ she began the lengthy post.
‘The aggressive kind of course. He just had two back to back operations to remove the tumor and again to remove further cancerous cells. Now, the waiting to hear. Did they get there in time or has it spread!?’
The reality star went on to add that while she ‘struggles to even talk about the such things’, she shared the news because ‘cancer affects each and every one of us’.
