Married At First Sight’s Cathy Evans gets a fat blasting treatment on her arms

Cathy Evans is determined not to the let the haters get to her.

Just one day after slamming trolls who criticised her cosmetic procedures, the 26-year-old former Married At First Sight star was back in the beauty chair.

In a series of Instagram Story posts on Thursday, Cathy shared videos of herself undergoing a fat blasting and toning treatment on her arms.

‘I’m starting with my arms, because I figure no one’s really going to see my legs at this stage ’cause it’s still winter!’ she laughed.

She then asked the aesthetician to explain the procedure and what it actually involved.

The woman said Cathy was about to get the LIPOcel treatment for ‘fat reduction and skin tightening’.

‘Apparently it doesn’t hurt, but there may be a tingling sensation. Now I’m scared,’ added Cathy.

She then shared footage of herself undergoing the procedure. A series of black dots were drawn on her upper arm, presumably to help guide the aesthetician.

What appeared to be an ultrasound device beeped as it was placed against her skin, prompting Cathy to shoot the camera a terrified expression.

According to Elite Body Contouring, the clinic where Cathy underwent the treatment, it’s ‘non-invasive’ and ‘uses High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) to both permanently destroy fat cells and tighten the skin together at the same time’.

Cathy said afterwards that many of her followers had been asking her about the treatment, prompting her to do an Instagram Q&A dedicated solely to it.

‘I had LIPOcel and I’m starting off with the arms, and I will move onto the legs as well,’ she explained, adding, ‘I might even move on to my stomach.’

The treatment came just a day after Cathy lashed out at trolls who had been critical of her recent brow lift.

‘I know a lot of people for some reason are not medical doctors or nurses, but all of a sudden seem to be once they hear I have had a procedure done,’ she said.

‘I appreciate the concern… But to tell someone how to live their life and to basically try to persuade them not to do something… bro, I tell you.’
