Married At First Sight star Stacey Hampton endured one of the year’s biggest ‘cheating’ scandals on the show.
And the drama certainly played out off camera for the couple, with Stacey struggling with rumours Michael kissed rival bride Hayley Vernon.
In photographs which have surfaced from December last year, the pair were seen getting into a heated argument while out shopping together in Sydney.

Sitting at a cafe in a food court, Stacey buried her heads in her hands while in deep conversation with Michael.
Michael appeared to be pleading innocence with his Adelaide law-graduate bride, while looking through photos on his iPhone.
As the conversation reached boiling point, a clearly distressed Stacey got up to go shopping in the mall.

The awkwardness between the couple continued, with Michael following Stacey around a number of shops as she browsed racks of dresses.
During the outing, Stacey showed off her slender figure in a blue Ralph Lauren tennis dress.
She chose to dress down the look with a blue sweater, which she wore tied around her waist.
Why? At one point, Stacey was seen almost yelling at her Adelaide groom

She finished her ensemble with a Louis Vuitton tote and a pair of black studded Valentino sandals.
Michael also kept it casual, wearing a black Lacoste jumper along with a pair of olive green chinos.
He finished his look with a black cap along with a pair of stylish sunglasses.

The couple’s road to love has certainly been a rocky one, with Stacey proclaiming that she was ‘in love’ with Michael in earlier episodes of the series.
But the couple have been plagued by rumours of Michael’s infidelity after it was claimed he kissed co-star Hayley Vernon during a wild night out.
During Sunday night’s episode, Stacey clashed with her rival bride because she wouldn’t believe her ‘husband’ Michael cheated without any solid evidence.
‘I’m a lawyer,’ cried Stacey, while dismissing Hayley’s confession of kissing Michael during a production break as there was no video evidence to prove it.
Hayley laughed: ‘Where did you get your law degree? Out of a cereal box? You’re 25 and have had two kids, have you practiced? Please.’
