Sam was seen bizarrely pointing his bottom at the camera in a pair of grey shorts, before flashing his pearly whites while flexing his bulging muscles.
He then faced the camera to show off his heavily inked torso, before lifting his leg up on the side of a bench to emphasise his toned pins.
‘Flexing into the start of the week checking on my progress after a solid Hiit workout!!’ he wrote.
‘I feel like I have found the perfect balance across all different styles of training at the moment from swimming to running, weights to endurance workouts making me feel strong, fit and healthy.’

The sultry video comes after Sam released previously unseen footage of a snappy Lizzie calling him ‘porky’ and ‘tubby’ before their wedding, which aired on the 2019 season on the show.
‘I’m ready to meet my man. Does he look porky?’ Elizabeth, who has previously championed body positivity, raged.
‘He looks tubby,’ she added, before an unknown person in the background suggested Sam may be the ‘marriage celebrant’.
‘No. I’m looking at the guy with his back to me,’ Lizzie quipped back.

Sam caused perpetual outrage when he said after the couple’s wedding: ‘I’ve never really dated girls as big as Elizabeth to be honest,” then suggesting he would take her ‘running’.
During the reunion episode, Lizzie – who has lost 10 kilos after first appearing on the show – said she still lived with hurt from his comments about her being ‘big’, and would never forgive Sam for making them.
‘His comments, the weight comments, have still trickled over. I never escaped that, and I don’t think I ever will be able to escape that,’ she said.
