The blonde beauty candidly explained that she was suffering from ‘depression’ as a result of her recent break-up from the 35-year-old on Monday.
And on Tuesday afternoon, Jessika humoured her fans as she realised she was relying on inspirational quotes to get her through her heartbreak.

In another post, she shared a throwback video of her enjoying time with her ex James, while adding further insight into the demise of their romance.

This comes after the reality star revealed on Monday that the breakup has left her feeling ‘destroyed’ and ‘broken’.

‘It’s common knowledge now that I have been through a breakup,’ she wrote.
‘But the last few days have left me destroyed and broken and I’m struggling to help pull myself out of depression to help myself mend and feel better.
‘I think I need some self care to try and relax, keep my mind busy and to feel a little bit more like myself again.’
