Believe it or not, it’s an issue that can affect one in three woman, and almost half of the people who experience it never confide in anyone.

Jules hopes that by becoming involved in this campaign bladder leakage will no longer be considered an awkward or ‘taboo’ health topic to discuss.

‘Bladder leakage, it’s so common and I have empathy for women who are going at this alone and don’t feel comfortable to talk about it,’ she told  nine.com.au

Bladder leakage hasn't 'restricted' Jules in the past but pregnancy has brought the issue to the front of her mind. 'With myself being pregnant I can feel it. I'm like 'oh dear', if I've got to go, I've got to go.'

‘With myself being pregnant I can feel it. I’m like “oh dear”. If I’ve got to go, I’ve got to go,’ she said.

‘I’m not restricted in any way in my life with a leakage but I can definitely feel the changes going on.
