Love Island’s Rebecca Gormley sports tiny co-ords as she fills up on petrol

Earlier this week, Love Island bosses announced they’ve scrapped the summer series after crisis talks over coronavirus safety measures. 

But winter 2020 contestant Rebecca Gormley appeared unfazed by the news as she filled up on petrol in Newcastle on Wednesday morning.

The beauty pageant queen, 22, who recently rekindled her romance with co-star Biggs Chris, flashed a hint of her abs in a bralet and matching cycling shorts while proving safety comes first by sporting a protective face mask and gloves.

Teaming her co-ords with a hint of edgy chic, the reality star donned a lightly-distressed denim jacket and white trainers by Nike.

The media personality ensured focused remained on her outfit by opting for minimal accessories, featuring a dainty gold necklace.

Geordie beauty Rebecca styled her tresses in a half-up-half-down ‘do, while showcasing her naturally radiant complexion by going make-up free. 

In the romance department, the brunette briefly split from car body repair specialist Biggs, 27, last month after she had a drunken sleepover with 2019 Love Island contestant Michael Griffiths.

The pair have since reconciled, with the model admitting: ‘If the shoe was on the other foot, I would get how he feels.’

Speaking on FUBAR Radio last week, Rebecca also revealed why she and the hunk are yet to go official with their relationship.

Opening up about the drama to Joanna Chimonides and Stephen Leng on Access All Areas, she confessed: ‘I get it.’ 

The TV star happily reported things are better than ever between the couple and that they talk everyday amid the COVID-19 lockdown.

She continued: ‘You know what, I love it! There’s literally not a day that goes by that we don’t chat.

‘We just go on Facetime and literally when we’re doing our day, I’m just there in the background and he’s there in the background and we just chat and laugh about every day.

‘If I’m totally honest, obviously when we came out the villa we’ve spent quite a bit of time together, but I don’t think it’s enough time for us to say, “right let’s make it official”.

‘So the way that I put it across to people is like, we’re more than friends but we just don’t have a label of being in a relationship.’
