But Francesca Allen looked in good spirits as she stepped out alongside her pregnant sister, Claudia, in London on Wednesday.
The reality TV star, 24, teamed a white turtle-neck bodysuit with a vintage black-and-white polka dot mini dress as she left The Ned hotel.

Francesca finished the look with a black blazer, knee-high boots and a bright white clutch bag.
She styled her brunette locks in a sleek up-do and sported a thick palette of make-up to accentuate her features.
Claudia looked equally as chic in a simple cream suit as she proudly cradled her burgeoning baby bump in a black vest.
The pair linked arms as they walked down the street before they playfully posed for the cameras.

The outing comes after Francesca claimed that although going on the ITV2 dating show boosted her profile in the fashion industry it has actually hindered her chances of finding love.
She exclusively told MailOnline some men are too intimidated to approach her at parties – but after years of being in relationships she has learned to be content on her own.
Francesca said: ‘You go out and you’ll see guys and they look at you because maybe they recognise you – but then they’re shyer.
‘I’m not going to meet anyone at an event! I’m still single but I was always in a relationship prior to going on Love Island.
‘I feel like now after being on the show that I’ve got much more confidence and I feel it is OK for me to be myself. I’m quite content with being on my own.’
