And Arabella Chi counted her blessings on Wednesday as she shared a glimpse of her first mortgaged property to social media.
The model and influencer, 29, confirmed she has accomplished one of her life goals after officially becoming a London home owner.

The first-time buyer shared a video opening her front door to her modern apartment which featured laminate flooring and a round dining table.
‘My home! Oh my god,’ Arabella proclaimed while also captioning the video: ‘It’s mine’.
In another Instagram post on her Story, she wrote: ‘I am officially a home owner. Watch me manifest everything I want.
‘I have worked my a** off being self-employed since I left school and always said I will buy a property in London by the time I am 30 and I have done it.’

The former Love Island star flaunted her svelte physique in a teal balcony bra and thong from LoungeUnderwear and uploaded the racy snap to her Instagram account.
She parted her blonde locks to the side in a loose wave and sported a soft make-up look, as she penned: ‘Matching your set to your eyes.’
While Arabella jetted to Dubai for work recently, in the romance department, her latest boyfriend was recently revealed as ’35-year-old playboy’ Morad Izemrane.

The bombshell and her new man were seen getting close in Ibiza towards the end of August, just weeks after she went public with musician Josh Newsham and four months after splitting from former Love Islander Wes Nelson.
Morad – nicknamed ‘Mojo’ – previously dated Dutch model Estelle Cruyff, 41, the ex-wife of former AC Milan and Chelsea forward Ruud Gullit, and the niece of late football legend Johann Cruyff.
It’s understood that Arabella was romantically involved with another man up to the moment she met her new man.
A source told The Sun: ‘She was seeing a rich guy called Mark and they were out at a party when his friend Mojo turned up with a bottle of champagne.
‘Later that evening she took off with Mojo in his Ferrari, leaving her boyfriend Mark behind. That’s how they met. It was pretty shocking.
‘They’ve been together ever since. Arabella likes a good time and hasn’t looked back.’
