With just two days left until the Love Is Blind reunion special is slated to debut on Netflix, one of the debut season’s most controversial cast members, Carlton Morton, is speaking out.
Morton, 34, took to Instagram on Tuesday with a pointed message that he’s ‘done’ with media requests and interviews.
This happened apparently after a ‘radio interview’ went bad earlier today, though he didn’t offer more details.

‘Thanks for the 3 of y’all who supported me in this. I feel alone and don’t want any of this life anymore. I’m fighting ALONE. And it HURTS,’ Morton said in his caption.
The post featured a lengthier statement, which began, ‘I’m really done. Thanks for the press requests, bookings, etc. I am not doing any press/bookings as of today’s radio interview,’ though he didn’t say anything further about that interview.
‘URBAN MEDIA has been the WORST to me. Black lives matter until it’s an LGBT Black life,’ Morton pointedly added.

He also called out, ‘so-called celebrity friends’ on social media, who, ‘have every opportunity to defend my character yet they don’t,’ though he didn’t mention any celebrity specifically.
‘I’ve argued for tons of people. Y’all see ANY of those people speaking up for me? I’M DONE,’ Morton concluded.

Morton has been one of the most controversial figures on Love Is Blind, a unique dating show where the men and women are put in pods and can hear each other but can’t see them.
After ‘dating’ without seeing each other for 10 days, they must decide if they want to spend the rest of their lives with them and propose, and if the partner says yes, they can see each other face to face for the first time.

Morton was paired with a woman named Diamond Jack, but after they met face to face, Morton admitted he was sexually fluid, which lead to a heated argument and ultimately the end of their relationship.
‘There were just some things that were triggered once we began having the conversation and kinda her response to me,’ Morton said in an interview with CNN.
He did add, ‘I regret the way I responded’ to Diamond Jack, though he still hopes Netflix can help him find love in another way.
‘It has been the most amazing experience and experiment ever. I have no regrets. I’m actually trying to see if they can still help me find love,’ he added.
The Love Is Blind reunion special debuts on Netflix March 5.
