The model previously claimed the lockdown policy put in place to halt the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 has been a bonus for her mental health and well-being.

But while many Brits are struggling with the rules laid out by Prime Minister Boris Johnson seven weeks ago, Lottie insists she couldn’t be happier.

Addressing Instagram followers, she admitted spending the better part of a month behind closed doors has given her an opportunity for positive self-reflection.

She wrote: ‘Honestly can say I have never been happier mentally, I’ve struggled a lot in the last few years with myself and anxiety and other things…

‘Right now is the first time I have ever put myself first and actually worked on myself to make sure I get the best out of my life and am actually feeling like the best and truest version of myself! And I love her!’
