Lizzo stripped down to send an encouraging message about body positivity and mental health.

The 31-year-old singer took to Instagram on Monday morning to share a racy video of herself posing in lacy black lingerie.

She turned around in the cheeky video shared with her 8.6million to flaunt her backside to make a point about loving herself and encouraging her fans to do the same through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lizzo wrote: ‘It’s been a long a** day [worried and peach emojis]  focus on a body part u don’t like about yourself and show it some love today. 

‘This quarantine has a lot of people suffering from mental health issues because we can’t get out and do our normal coping/self care routines.’ 

The Juice hitmaker was transparent about what she was going through as she even revealed that she was having dark thoughts.
