She completed her daytime attire with a simple pair of white slip-on sneakers and a cream T-shirt as she headed back to her car.

The actress, who is the daughter of British musician Phil Collins and his model ex-wife Jill Tavelman, let her brunette tresses naturally cascade across her shoulders for the outing.

Lily gave a flash of her engagement ring as she clutched her essentials in one hand.

Her latest sighting came after the newly engaged star enjoyed a fun-filled day trip to the beach with her director fiancé Charlie, 37.

Lily shared a sweet snap of herself and Charlie enjoying the sunny outing on her Instagram account on Saturday.

She bundled up from the crisp breeze in a striped beige jacket and a brown beanie hat as she struck a pose balancing between two tall beach walls.

The To The Bone star donned the same white slip-ons and distressed jeans for the outing, also shielding her eyes from the bright sunshine with a pair of round black sunglasses.

Her filmmaker fiancé, whose parents are actors Malcolm McDowell and Mary Steenburgen, was raring to dash into the waves as he wore a full-length wetsuit and carried a red surfboard under one arm.

Later that day, Lily also shared an adorable selfie of herself cuddling up with her rescue dog Redford, who is ‘a mix of a few different breeds’.

The loved-up couple adopted the pooch together after they saw him at the Love Leo Rescue in Los Angeles in 2019.

The duo welcomed the new pet into their home not long after Lily had confirmed her romance with Charlie on Instagram earlier that same year.

The Mirror Mirror actress announced she was taking the next step with Charlie as she confirmed their engagement on Instagram in September.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, she said: ‘It’s so funny when we got engaged, so many friends and family were like, “Thank you”.

‘I’m like, “Why?” They’re like, “Thank you for giving us something to look forward to.” I’m like, “Oh yeah, we totally did it for you guys.” But it has been… yeah, I’m very grateful. I’m grateful for a lot of things right now.’

Lily and Charlie are now enjoying the ‘fun’ early stages of wedding planning as they prepare to take the big step together.

She continued: ‘It’s like, this is like a fun part. You get to think about all those things, you know, as a young girl, thinking like, “Ooh, what do I want one day?”

‘It’s like, now you get to actually play and have conversations about it.’

Despite the coronavirus pandemic, the star has had a busy year and admitted it has been a ‘huge gift’ to have both her series Emily in Paris and new movie Mank streaming around the world via Netflix.

She said: ‘You know, I think it’s been a really interesting time to self-reflect and to think about prioritising, and kind of just thinking about so much stuff while we’ve been at home, and to be able to bring two projects to people right now through Netflix globally is a huge gift.

‘And to make people laugh and smile with Emily in Paris, God knows that’s what we all need to do more of right now, and then with Mank, I feel like there’s a nostalgia for the world that once was that we’re already all feeling, so there’s that way to connect with people through that.’

Prior to romancing Lily, writer and director Charlie was previously in a relationship with Game of Thrones’ actress Emilia Clarke, 34.

Lily has previously dated Jamie Campbell Bower, 32, and sparked romance rumours with Zac Efron, 33.
