Lea Michele calls becoming a mom ‘the greatest blessing in the world’ as she kisses her son Ever

Lea Michele and her husband Zandy Reich received the greatest gift of all over the summer, when they welcomed their firstborn, a son named Ever, in late August. 

And, on Thursday, the doting first-time parents posed for a sweet family photo next to their minimalist Christmas tree, which was adorned with strings of lights, with their baby boy. 

In the photograph, the 34-year-old Glee alum could be seen tenderly planting a kiss on her infant, who was safely wrapped in her man’s arms.  

‘For the holidays this year we decided to forgo presents and instead chose to give back to a few organizations that help children- @stjude and @baby2baby ❤️,’ the actress captioned her black and white snap.  

She continued: ‘Becoming a mother was the greatest blessing in the world yet this was an incredibly challenging year for so many people and every baby should be safe and cared for.’

Concluding her caption, she extended her ‘love and prayers’ with ‘everyone this holiday season.’ 

Both Reich, 37, and his mini-me both wore beanies, while Michele bundled up in a cozy oversized sweater. 

Earlier this week, the couple laid their little one, who wore a festive red plaid onesie, on a baby month blanket, which indicated he had turned four-months old.  

Like previous snaps the new mom has shared of her child on Instagram, the actress preserved her son’s privacy by choosing an image without his face showing. 

The couple started dating in July 2017, with the businessman popping the question in late April 2018, then exchanging vows a year later in Napa, California. 

’15 years by my side,’ Michele gushed in the caption of a selfie with Reich earlier this month, which showed them smiling at the camera. 

They officially became parents for the first time on August 20th when they welcomed their little boy into the world.
