She’s always been known for her commitment to living a healthy and active lifestyle.
But Kyly Clarke, 39, appears to have slimmed down even more in the wake of her recent split from husband Michael.
Posting to Instagram on Thursday, Kyly showcased her slender frame by sharing a picture of herself modelling a plunging black singlet and crimson palazzo trousers.

Kyly’s top revealed her lean arms and tiny waist, while her bottom half was swamped by voluminous fabric.
It is believed the image was taken while Kyly was filming House Rules earlier this year.

The high school sweethearts publicly announced their breakup in February, but vowed to remain ‘amicable’ for the sake of their four-year-old daughter, Kelsey Lee.
In March, the former cricket WAG shared a glimpse into her very strict diet by uploading a photo of her low-calorie dinner.
She shared a photo of the vegetarian meal – including an omelette, seven falafel balls, hummus and broccoli – with her Instagram followers.

Kyly was clearly proud of her culinary efforts, writing in the caption: ‘Clean eating’.
Meanwhile, in August last year Kyly told The Daily Telegraph that she follows a rigorous exercise regimen, and enjoys Muay Thai fighting and barre classes.
‘I just love going to the gym, everyone knows that,’ she told the newspaper.
‘I train every day and I mix it up and love it. It is really good for your mind and a great way to stay healthy,’ she said.

Kyly announced her shock split from retired cricketer Michael after seven years of marriage earlier this year.
In a joint statement in February, the Clarkes said it was ‘amicable’ decision and ‘the best course’ for their four-year-old daughter, Kelsey Lee.
The news came as a surprise to many, as Kyly had told Daily Mail Australia in January 2019: ‘We’re not, never were and never will be splitting.’
