Kumail Nanjiani shows off his guns in tight T-shirt as he takes a quarantine break with wife Emily V Gordon

Kumail Nanjiani has been advocating for social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The Silicon Valley star and wife Emily V Gordon have even launched a podcast amid their own self-quarantine.

He showed off his guns in a tight T-shirt Sunday as they took a break from isolation to take a stroll in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old sported a blue Ultimate Warrior printed t-shirt with cuffed jeans, black and white sneakers and a pair of aviators.

Gordon, 40, donned a yellow printed t-shirt with black pants, black shoes and a matching pair of wayfarers.

Her hunky husband recently got into superhero shape for his role in the upcoming MCU movie The Eternals, which is likely to postpone production amid the growing pandemic.

He recently told Men’s Health that he endured electric shocks as part of the transformation: ‘I had to change my relationship to pain.

‘You’re so designed to avoid it, but in that situation you really have to be okay with it. You have to want it. It’s almost trying to rewire your brain.’

Gordon added: ‘At first, whenever he came home from a workout, he wasn’t able to focus on anything.

‘He was still a functioning person, but for an hour, you couldn’t really count on him to have a conversation. His body was adjusting.’

But Nanjiani is likely to be taking a break from the gym as he takes self-quarantine very seriously.

He recently posted to Twitter: ‘I live with an immunocompromised person so I need to be extra careful and avoid crowds right now. I need to do everything I can to protect those I love.’

They’ve since been recording their podcast Staying In, donating the proceeds to healthcare, restaurant workers and hungry children.

Gordon wrote on Twitter: ‘We won’t have news about the pandemic, but what we can offer is experience in self-quarantining (because of my condition), experience in working from home, and experience consuming media. Go listen, stay indoors, and wash those hands!’

The couple wrote their 2017 film The Big Sick about how they met, shortly before she was hospitalized with Still’s disease.
