The couple share eight-year-old Camden Jack Cutler, six-year-old Jaxon Wyatt Cutler and five-year-old Saylor James Cutler.
Kristin and Jay announced their intent to divorce in April after seven years of marriage and 10 years together.
She requested to change back to her maiden name on Nov. 4, 2020, and the process was completed the next day, according to reports in US Weekly.

In January, the Uncommon James founder and Cutler, who she wed in 2013, sent fans into a frenzy when they posted an identical selfie of them together.
The friendly exes, who have three children together, even used the same caption in their posts: ‘The world is full of users. 10 years. Can’t break that.’
Kristin and Jay’s E! reality series, Very Cavallari, was canceled last year after three seasons of airing their relationship drama for fans.
