Kristin Cavallari isn’t letting the coronavirus pandemic stop her from keeping fit and she shared a new video on social media Wednesday declaring there are ‘no excuses’ to skip a workout.
The 33-year-old and her friend Justin Anderson are featured in the time-lapse clip which showcases their fit frames as they exercise together in the sunshine on what appears to be a tennis court.
Recently, Cavallari has been on the receiving end of backlash for sharing several posts on social media that fans called tone-deaf in light of the current global pandemic.

Wearing taupe high-waisted leggings and a white tank top knotted at the midriff, the reality star launched into a grueling sweat session in the video.
The starlet does a series of squats, pelvic tilts, lunges and planks among other things alongside her pal who is mirroring her moves.
At one point both of them get so warm working out in the sunshine that they each remove their top with Justin showing off his tanned abs and Kristen flaunting her trim muscles in a sports bra.

Kristin seems to be under self-quarantine while on a beach vacation, which she has been sharing with fans on her social media platforms – at times catching flack for appearing to be unperturbed by the current state of the global health crisis.
Over the weekend, the E! star filmed herself making a stiff drink after dealing with multiple meltdowns from her kids, who she has been with non-stop for two weeks in isolation.

‘It has been meltdown after meltdown,’ she added. ‘I know all of my moms out there are in the same boat,’ she wrote.
‘So don’t judge us!!!’ she added.
Unfortunately for Kristin her followers have been doing nothing but judging her after she shared a series of posts relaxing from her vacation and others peddling her product lines while millions of Americans are out of work.
In one recent photo, Kristin sat on a sand sandy beach wearing a blue one-piece as she gazed towards the ocean, with her hand touching the rim of her straw hat.

Kristin faced the wrath of her Instagram users, who called out the star’s tone-deaf caption.
In another sultry snap she wrote: ‘Thank you to everyone for their continued support during this uncertain time,’ she wrote in the caption, in a reference to the COVID-19 crisis, before offering ‘20% off everything at both @uncommonjames and @littlejamesclothing’
‘We’re gonna get through this and come out on the other side stronger. We’re in this together!” she added in another COVID-19 reference.

Followers took to the comments section to express their dismay over what they deemed to be bad timing.
‘I have everything in my cart. Just waiting for my job to come back,’ one user said with a healthy dose of sarcasm.
Another person asked: ‘But are you donating any to charity?’
About three hours after her back-baring post, Cavallari shared a video where she pitched a number of new products from her lines and offered an explanation to why she continues to lobby for more business during the crisis.

‘I know this is a weird time for everyone and it feels strange to promote UJ,’ she wrote in one caption as she showed off some necklaces and earrings. ‘But I’m responsible for over 100 employees so you better believe I’m gonna do everything in my power to keep all of my employees.’

Kristin then pitched her new exclusive content platform and asked fans to sign up to get ‘first looks into new projects, my favorite recipes, products, lifestyle tips and more.’
Upset: Fans were taken aback by the timing of the post which included a pitch to get her followers to sign up for a new platform she was starting – and then flooded her comments section to call her out

‘Lol trouble reaching people ? Why? To sell product in times of uncertainty?? It’s okay Kristin … no one is worried about buying anything right now . Take a chill pill [sic],’ someone commented.
Another person wrote, ‘What does she do that she thinks anyone needs to know immediately? The narcissism is amazing. This pandemic has shown how completely out of touch celebrities are.’
Cavallari was previously called out by fans for posting a sexy snap in NYC on Sept. 11, writing, ‘NYC for 24hrs. And what a time to be here..always remember.’
