Kourtney Kardashian reveals she has double therapy sessions and no longer counts calories

She has been open with going to therapy over the past few years.

And Kourtney Kardashian has now revealed that she undergoes a double session each week to help with her anxiety.

The 40-year-old told Health magazine that she looks forward to attending her appointments as it gives her a sense of ‘awareness.’

Putting her mental health first: Kourtney Kardashian revealed on Tuesday that she undergoes a weekly double therapy session for herself to help deal with her anxiety

‘For the past three years I’ve been going to therapy. Once a week I go to a double session,’ she began.

‘I look forward to it every week! Having that awareness, I find that I can almost catch things before they become a bigger deal.’

And when things do become a little more hectic, Kourtney said she is now able to step back and work through them in a more manageable way.

‘I kept battling with myself back and forth — like, why am I doing this diet? I have always felt fine before when eating dairy and gluten, but I do believe that we have one life to live and I would like to live it feeling my best,’ she penned on her now deleted app.

‘I have noticed a great positive change in behavior with my children when we stick to a gluten-free and dairy-free diet.’
