The mighty sword was exchanged for a humble shopping list on Wednesday as Game Of Thrones star Kit Harington stocked up at a London supermarket.
The actor, who found fame as warrior Jon Snow in the HBO show, had his hands full after venturing out of a local branch of Waitrose with an overloaded shopping trolley.
Wearing a safety mask over his instantly recognisable features, Kit, 34, plodded across a neighbouring car park after grabbing supplies for himself and pregnant wife Rose Leslie.

With his expectant wife understandably absent, he was left to do the heavy work alone by hauling the shopping bags into the boot of his car.
As always he looked typically casual, with the actor opting for a blue bomber jacket and stonewash jeans during his latest outing in the English capital.
Kit is back in London after filming hit Amazon Prime show Modern Love on the streets of Dublin.
According to Amazon Studios head, Jennifer Salke, Modern Love explores ‘love in its multitude of forms – including sexual, romantic, familial, platonic, and self love’.
The first series of the programme is based on a New York Times column by the same name.

In October, wife Rose revealed she was delighted to be pregnant as she addressed her baby news for the first time.
Speaking to the New York Post, the Scotswoman said: ‘I am thrilled to be expecting. I can’t wait to meet the new member of our family!’
The couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary in June, after tying the knot at the spectacular 12th-century Wardhill Castle in Aberdeenshire.
