French Montana showed off his sculpted shirtless body in a new Instagram post celebrating his stunning fitness journey.
The 36-year-old rap heartthrob posted a collage of before-and-after images, with the older picture taken at the 2018 Coachella Music Festival.
For his current photo he tore off his shirt and flaunted his washboard abs and musclebound arms for the camera.

French’s latest post comes a month after he revealed in an XXL interview that he has been clean and sober for over a year.

Near the end of 2019 he played five countries in one week and then was hospitalized and spent nearly two weeks in the ICU.
Before he was hospitalized his stomach was hurting, he was nauseous, his heart rate was up and he was having cardiac problems, TMZ reported.
In his interview this past December he revealed his medical crisis shared ‘a combination of a lot of things: being fatigued, dehydrated, you know, losing myself chasing money, chasing the wrong things.’

He also attributed his health issues to: ‘Too much drinking, too many pills, you know, boom,’ saying that his use of Percocet and Adderrall went from ‘hobby’ to addiction and dished: ‘I feel like 90 percent of musicians on that.’
The ex-boyfriend of Khloe Kardashian dished: ‘It was just overdoing something for too long. And, to the point where, now sober is becoming my new high. People seen I was out of control, not me, you know what I’m saying?’
French, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, shared: ’Cause, you know, it’s almost like, you know, working out. You don’t see you getting big ’cause you see yourself every day. It’s the same thing with you being out of control.’
He dated Khloe for just shy of half-a-year from July to December 2014.
