Her show premiered in September, aired 160 episodes in its first season.

Production was suspended on March 13 as the pandemic halted in person filming, and resumed in April with Clarkson filming from her Montana and Los Angeles homes.

The Breakaway hitmaker filed for divorce from husband Brandon Blackstock in June, after seven years of marriage.

And now, according to court documents obtained by The Blast, Brandon has agreed to the 38-year-old singer’s request to share custody of River Rose, six, and Remington Alexander, four.

Kelly also asked for spousal support and for the former couple’s prenuptial agreement to be implemented.

And in response, Brandon – who also has Seth, 13, and Savannah, 18, from a previous marriage – marked the box ‘other’ and ‘reserved’, which suggests that this is something he’s willing to discuss.

The news outlet also reports that there was no reason for their split, simply that their relationship ‘ran its course’.

Both Kelly and Brandon also left the date of their separation as ‘To Be Determined’.

The ‘Since U Been Gone’ hitmaker had cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the legal grounds for the divorce in her filing and also asked to legally change her name back from Kelly Blackstock to Kelly Clarkson.

The pair first started dating in 2011 and tied the knot in 2013.

Meanwhile, it was recently claimed the coronavirus pandemic and its subsequent lockdown had ‘exacerbated’ many issues for the former couple.

One source explained: ‘It was a stressful time. Quarantining exacerbated any issues. Things had changed in their marriage and the split was a while coming. They both work so hard. It’s nearly impossible to enjoy each other, especially with the children needing constant attention.

Kelly and Brandon had been quarantining together in Montana with their kids, and the ‘Piece by Piece’ singer previously admitted it was an ’emotional rollercoaster’.
