Keira Knightley cuts a casual figure in a grey pea coat and jeans

Keira Knightley cut a casual figure as she stocked up on food in London on Friday, amid the coronavirus pandemic. 

The actress, 34, wrapped up in a grey double breasted wool coat which she layered atop of a light blue jumper. 

Keira, who only this month hit the red carpet for her Misbehaviour premiere, stepped out solo and appeared deep in thought as she strolled through the capital. 

She teamed the low-key look with turned-up indigo jeans and brown biker boots. 

Keira tied her brunette tresses up into a high bun and donned a pair of tortoise shell sunglasses. 

The star’s outing comes after her PORTER interview earlier this month, where she revealed she has backtracked on her controversial decision to ‘ban’ her daughter Edie, four, from watching fairytales. 

Two years ago, the Pirates Of The Caribbean star caused a stir when she revealed she had ‘banned’ her daughter from watching them due to their lack of feminist messaging. 

Keira had previously said: ‘I’m being very careful about fairytales with my kid because I don’t like the message that a lot of them have’. 

‘So The Little Mermaid has been banned. Cinderella has been banned. I haven’t looked at Snow White again, but that may be banned, as well.’

And the actress seems to have changed her tune, but admits she was delighted when her little tot had some choice words about the viewing material. 

Keira said: ‘She’s watched all of them now. When we watched Sleeping Beauty, she said, “It’s not OK, that man kissed her without her permission!” 

Knightley has been in a relationship with musician James Righton, of Klaxons, since February 2011.

They were married on 4 May 2013, in Mazan, Vaucluse. The couple have two daughters, Edie and Delilah, born in September 2019.
