Katie Waissel has said she ‘forgives’ her ex-husband Brad Alphonso in a candid post on Sunday.
The former X Factor star, 34, took to Instagram to upload images from their intimate wedding in September 2012, before sharing a snippet of her 2013 track I’m Fine in tribute to their two months of marriage.
The singer insisted she’s moved on from their brief relationship, over seven years after she shared images of her battered and bruised arm following an apparent disagreement with the male model.

Katie and Brad enjoyed a whirlwind romance, with the couple tying the knot in a romantic ceremony in New Orleans in September 2012.
The musician and the hunk called it quits just under three months later following a series of ‘horrific rows’, one of which reportedly saw police involved.
In the social media post, the media personality wished her former partner well as she wrote: ‘Wherever you are, I thank you greatly and will think of our days so fondly, forever. We were young, a little lost, but our hearts were full. I forgive you.

‘I only hope your continued journey over the last decade has allowed you to bloom into the person I know is hidden so deep inside.
‘Behind every song is a very real story, and raw emotion. Every time I listen to a song I’ve written be it up tempo or slow, I stop tracks and find myself right back there at the very moment.’ (sic)
In February 2013, it is understood that authorities were called after the mother-of-one bumped into Brad on a night out in Los Angeles, which led to a dispute.
Katie’s former manager and close friend Mark Fuller told MailOnline at the time: ‘Katie is just completely and utterly devastated. She is a very scared little girl who is on her own in a foreign land.’

Katie welcomed her son Hudson in July 2018 as a single mum, after splitting with boyfriend Andy Speer when she was eight months pregnant.
The fitness instructor previously admitted that despite her checkered dating history, she hasn’t been put off love.
She told Closer magazine: ‘Obviously Hudson is my main priority, and it would need to be someone absolutely amazing to grab my attention, but I’m not closed off to the idea. I’d love to give Hudson a family and siblings one day.’
