Katie Price paid a moving tribute to oldest child Harvey on Wednesday morning as he celebrated his milestone 18th birthday.
The former glamour model shared a nostalgic series of throwback snaps with Harvey – her only son with former Manchester United footballer Dwight Yorke – as he kicked off his special day.
Taking to Instagram, Katie, 42, shared thee separate images of her son, who was born with sight impairment Septo-optic dysplasia and later diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome, a genetic disorder that can lead to slow development and obesity.

Captioning the posts, all taken during Harvey’s infancy, Katie also listed his remarkable achievements.
She wrote: ‘Happy Birthday to my Harvey Price. What a journey the last 18 years have been. You’ve defied all the odds and proven that you will not let your disabilities stop you.
‘They said you’d never be able to read, but you love reading to your younger brothers and sisters.

Thrice married Katie is also a parent to son Junior, 14, and daughter Princess, 12, with first husband Peter Andre, and son Jett, six, and daughter Bunny, five, with third husband Kieran Hayler.
While oldest child Harvey is former boyfriend Dwight Yorke’s biological son, the retired Trinidad and Tobago international has had little to do with the teenager’s upbringing.
Katie has been trying to get her life back on track after being declared bankrupt and a string of personal blows, including splitting from her fiancé, personal trainer Kris Boyson, last year.
