And Katie Piper showed off the results of her hard work as she soaked up the Bank Holiday sunshine on a country stroll with her family on Sunday.
The philanthropist, 36, flaunted her toned figure in a sporty crop top and hotpants, teamed with comfortable trainers, as she posed next to a field of llamas.

Katie wore her blonde locks scraped back in a high ponytail, while accessorising with large sunglasses.
The TV personality later changed into a gingham top and matching skirt while on her second walk of the day.
With her washboard abs on display, the mother-of-two looked incredible in the two-piece which she teamed with chunky white trainers.
Katie captioned the series of laughing pics: ‘Sunday Stroll. We all miss lots of things right now some of us miss our friends to take a decent picture.’

Alongside a radiant snap that showed her taut abs, Katie then penned: ‘Two walks in one day #livingthedream.’
Katie recently detailed her first date with husband Richard Sutton in a candid interview with Harper’s Bazaar magazine.
The TV personality, who met her partner in 2012, revealed she was ‘put together’ with him by Coldplay singer Chris Martin and his Hollywood actress ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow at one of his concerts.
Detailing the encounter, she revealed: ‘I was invited to a Coldplay concert by Chris Martin, who I knew via a mutual friend, Simon Cowell. I took Richie along without mentioning who had invited me.

‘After the show Chris invited me to talk to him in his dressing room. So there we were chatting and Gwyneth [Paltrow] wandered in, and Chris just asked if this was my boyfriend.
‘So we both just said, “Er, dunno, maybe …” Later that night, Richie said, “So I guess we are a couple!” They put us together.’
Katie also admitted that she tried to put their breaks on their relationship for a while because she had upcoming complicated operations, resulting from the acid attack she was subjected to in 2008.
However Richard refused and has ‘been by her side ever since’, Katie added: ‘He saw me as myself and loved me.’
Katie and Richard have been married since November 2015 and are parents to two daughters, Belle, six, and Penelope, two.
