Katie Holmes, 42, and her chef beau Emilio Vitolo Jr, 33, run errands together amid cold NYC weather

Katie Holmes and her boyfriend Emilio Vitolo Jr were seen in NYC on Wednesday afternoon.

The 42-year-old Dawson’s Creek actress bundled up in a large black coat, white sweater and light blue cutoff jeans. 

Her 33-year-old chef beau also stayed warm in a long gray coat as the pair were spotted doing some shopping at Jay Kos clothing.

Katie completed her casual look with a pair of white sneakers and black socks. She pulled her back in a loose pony tail, accessorized with earrings and a large beige tote bag over her right shoulder. 

Emilio looked slightly more dressed up with his hair slicked back, donning a black polo, dark jeans and leather shoes for the trip to the luxury men’s clothing shop.

The pair both wore matching face masks during their shared time outside in the Nolita area, with Katie wearing one in green and her significant other going with a black model.

Instead of leaving with traditional shopping bags, the couple walked away from the store with something a bit more unusual: a mannequin. 

A store employee carried the mannequin into Katie and Emilio’s hatchback car and the actress could be seen getting in the driver’s seat to make sure it made it in through the trunk without issue.

No word on what the two needed the odd purchase for, but it could be a closet necessity for the fashionista.

Katie gazed through the store’s windows before heading out, eyeing a stylish leather jacket with a drawing of birds embroidered on the back.

The It Couple have been dating since September of 2019, when they were spotted having drinks together in a New York City bar. 

Although Holmes has been notoriously private about her love life, Vitolo Jr posted a photo to his Instagram account last December to mark his girlfriend’s 42nd birthday.

The chef wrote a brief message in the caption for the post and noted that ‘Every time I see your face it makes me smile . Happy Birthday !!! I love you !!’  

The Thank You For Smoking star was previously married to Tom Cruise from 2006 until 2012; they share a 14-year-old daughter named Suri. 

She was also in a long term-relationship with Jamie Foxx; they met shortly after her divorce was finalized and ended things between them in 2019.

Katie has made the most of her time at home amid various lockdowns and quarantines by practicing one of her favorite hobbies: painting.

She shared a some of the skill on Instagram, revealing she started doing it about ten years ago and has picked up ‘definitely more during Covid.’

‘I wanted to share a piece that I am proud of and even though I believe art is much better experienced in person, I understand that we are living in a digital age for now. This piece is something that makes me feel hopeful and I hope it transcends,’ she captioned the image for her two million followers.

Alongside a second piece, she wrote: ‘We are in the middle of another snowstorm in New York City. I made this while surrounded by the magic of snow falling outside my windows. And it came out looking like raspberry sorbet.’
