Katherine Schwarzenegger shows off her baby bump as she and hubby Chris Pratt tidy up their vehicle

Katherine Schwarzenegger is expecting her first child with husband Chris Pratt, 40, sometime this summer.

And the 30-year-old The Gift of Forgiveness author was spotted on Monday afternoon showing off her burgeoning baby bump as she and Pratt tidied up their black SUV in Los Angeles. 

Schwarzenegger kept it comfy in a burgundy jumpsuit that she layered over a basic white tee. 

She shielded her eyes from the blazing sun with a pair of black, oval shaped shades.

Katherine accessorized her casual look by placing a gold chain around her neck and a few gold bangles on her left wrist.

Her lengthy brunette tresses were parted down the middle and tied back into a messy bun.

To round out her errand run ensemble, the daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger slipped her feet into a pair of white slide sandals that showed off her fresh pedicure.

Pratt flaunted his bulging biceps in a black Fitness500 t-shirt that coordinated with his basketball shorts by Clinch Gear Performance Apparel. 

The Jurassic World star was rocking some serious scruff and sported a pair of squeaky clean Adidas trainers. 

He held the door of his vehicle open as he and Katherine organized the various items located within it.

Once they finished, Katherine and Chris stopped to have a quick chat before continuing on with their day.   

The couple – who celebrated their first wedding anniversary on June 8 – announced in April that they were expecting their first child together.

Chris and Katherine have yet to reveal the gender of their baby to the public. 

Following their nuptials in Montecito, California last year, a source told People that Katherine and Chris were beyond excited to ‘expand their family as soon as possible.’

Chris is already a father to seven-year-old son Jack, who he shares with ex wife Anna Faris, 43. The former couple wed in 2009, but, eventually, filed for divorce in 2018 after nearly nine-years of marriage.   

In an interview with Jimmy Kimmel in May, Katherine’s father Arnold could not help but express his excitement over his impending grandchild. 

‘I mean, that is really exciting news that Katherine now, you know [to] be pregnant and have a baby—I don’t know when exactly. Sometime this summer,’ said the Terminator star

‘And, inevitably, I’m really looking forward to playing around with whatever it is, she or he, and have some fun.’

Meanwhile, Chris’ upcoming film Jurassic World: Dominion is set to resume filming in ‘early-mid July’ in the UK.

It will be the first movie to get back to work following the COVID-19 industry shutdown.

The sixth film in the Jurassic Park franchise began shooting in Canada earlier this year, but was halted when the global health crisis forced the majority of movie and TV productions into dormancy.

Pratt and co-star Bryce Dallas Howard were sent home and plans to fly them to the UK – where much of the movie was set to be shot at Pinewood Studios outside London – were put on hold.

But Universal have confirmed that pre-production will commence next week and that filming will re-start on July 6.

Speaking to Deadline, an exec from Universal said: ‘The plan is for us to be shooting early-mid July.’

Katherine is the daughter of Hollywood veteran Arnold Schwarzenegger, 72, and journalist Maria Shriver, 64.

Arnold and Maria – who divorced in 2011 – also share daughter Christina, 28, and sons Patrick, 26, and Chris ,22.

Arnold also has a son named Joseph Baena, 22, who he fathered with nanny Mildred Baena, 59.
