Kate Moss nails casual chic in stylish black coat and sunglasses as she enjoys a day out in London

She’s one of the world’s most successful models, having first burst onto the scene in the early 1990s.

And Kate Moss looked effortlessly chic as she enjoyed a day out in London on Wednesday.

The model, 46, donned a flowing back coat which she wore over a black top with a bright yellow star print. 

The star also sported a pair of black skinny jeans and matching boots while she let her blonde locks fall loose down her shoulders for the day.

Carrying a white shopping bag, Kate completed her look for the day by donning a pair of large sunglasses.

It comes after Kate enjoyed a trip to Paris earlier this year to ring in her 46th birthday and also introduced her daughter Lila Grace, 17, to the Paris Fashion Week scene.

After years of staying out of the public eye, Lila Grace has started to follow in Kate’s footsteps after signing to her mother’s agency and being named the face of Marc Jacobs Beauty last year.

Last November, she shot her first solo magazine cover for Dazed – which is owned by her father, Jefferson Hack.

In a recent interview with Allure, Lila revealed how she became involved in the modelling world.

‘I think because I’ve seen it since I was so small it’s always been an interest,’ she said.

‘When I did my first modelling shoot, I was like, “Yeah I enjoyed it. I want to do more.” And I think it’s worked out really well.’

Having a beauty and fashion guru on hand as a mum has proven to be beneficial to Lila as she revealed beauty secrets she learned first hand from the supermodel.

‘She tells me to always make [my make-up look] natural and she loves curling her eyelashes,’ Lila said. ‘Everyone finds that a bit scary but I do it every day because of her.’
