It comes after Kate and Rio, known for their love of fitness, turned their walk in the forest into a squat challenge on Tuesday.

Kate put on a busty display in a low-cut black top as the couple walked their dogs as she said: ‘Hi guys, we are in the forest, walking and we thought we would stop and do our squat challenge.

‘Day 2… 55 squats. Who gets lower?’

‘The answer is me,’ Kate retorted.

Kate then said: ‘Love seeing you all doing your squats. Feel like we have a little community going on.’

The couple are doing their best to show others how to keep fit on a daily basis amid the coronavirus lockdown, and to stop people from feeling down.

The TV star shared: ‘Most importantly, I hope you’re ok. Honestly, I have generally been feeling quite good but I have had some bad days where I have been feeling really really uneasy and overwhelmed

‘I struggle if I don’t have routine, I’m quite good at recognising what I struggle with so I have tried my best to sort some kind of routine to stay on track & have small goals – even if a goal is cleaning the kitchen.

‘The small goals help me stay focused and my mind busy. Saying that, I’m also trying not to be to hard on myself if I am struggling. Tomorrow we have decided to have a rest day, relax, try not to do many chores and jobs and I am telling myself THATS OK!

‘Exercise also really helps, walking the dog and having some fresh air and also listening to your body. If it’s time to rest and relax don’t put too much pressure on yourself.’ [sic]

Kate, who has been homeschooling the kids ever since schools across the nation closed due to the global crisis, added: ‘I’m really well thank you. I feel like being at home my days differ between a large range of emotion.

‘But today has been productive and I’m feeling happy and relaxed! Exercise and keeping busy helps me feel happy and chilled.’ [sic]
