Jessica Rowe says she’s no longer a ‘career-obsessed perfectionist’ since turning 50 but her ‘vanity’ has her ‘indulging in sprinklings of Botox’

Jessica Rowe has revealed that since turning 50, she has learned what is truly important in life.

The former TV journalist, who left her role at Studio Ten in 2018, says she was once career obsessed, but now focuses on her family.

‘Once a career-obsessed perfectionist, I’ve discovered that success is measured in the joy you hold in your heart, not your job title,’ she wrote in a column for The Sydney Morning Herald on Friday.

In an interview with Now to Love last year, Jessica spoke openly about her love of Botox.

Describing it as ‘a wonderful way to erase my wrinkles’, Jess said she’s never tried to hide the fact she’s partial to a cosmetic jab.

‘I’ve always been open about that, because I think it’s disingenuous to say to other women ‘I just look like this,” she said.

Jessica said she gets the injections two or three times a year, depending on what she has on.

Jessica also opened up about her penchant for the procedure in an interview with New Idea.

‘I do use Botox and I’m open about that. I’d rather be open about it than just sort of say, ‘Oh, I just do green drinks.’ I do Botox because it makes me feel better,’ she confessed.
