Jesinta Franklin shows off her baby bump while doing Pilates and admits that she’s struggled to keep up with her fitness routine because she’s had ‘a lot going on’ in her personal life

Jesinta Franklin is pregnant with her second child to husband Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin. 

And on Friday, the 29-year-old revealed her baby bump as she did a Pilates workout using one of the exercise sessions from her own lifestyle app.

In the Instagram video, she told her fans:  ‘I have not been able to do much this week, there’s been a lot going on in my personal life – all really amazing things.’

‘But things that have taken up a lot of my time. So I’m only just getting to my second Pilates workout this week,’ the pregnant model added.

She also reminded her fans to: ‘Be gentle on yourself. Sometimes rest is more important than exercise.’

Jesinta showed her workout set up featuring a water and a laptop that played her ‘relaxing and subdued’ Pilates music playlist.

The mother-of-one said of her workout: ‘The burn is real,’ before doing a guided meditation.

She sat on a mat on the floor and did a series of deep breaths, and wrote: ‘Now time to stretch and listen to this week’s mindfulness practice. 

‘It’s just as important to spend time working on our mental health as it is our physical health,’ she added.

Jesinta confirmed she was ‘halfway through’ her second pregnancy to Vida Glow last month.

‘It was a very big surprise for us. Tullulah will be getting a sibling at the end of March next year, so she will have just turned one,’ she said.

‘So I’ll have a 13-month-old and a newborn, which was very daunting at first. I found out a week after Buddy went into the [AFL] hub, which was all just a lot to deal with at once.’
