Jenna Dewan shares sweet video of fiance Steve Kazee placing ‘all the kisses’ on newborn son Callum

Jenna Dewan took to Instagram on Thursday to share a sweet clip of fiance Steve Kazee planting a kiss on their newborn son Callum’s head.

‘All the kisses,’ captioned the 39-year-old actress who gave birth to Callum earlier in the month. 

In the clip, the three-week-old can be seen sleeping in Kazee’s grasp, as the pair rhythmically swayed side-to-side.

Callum looked cozy in a pale white onesie, while dad Steve donned a denim button up shirt. 

Earlier in the day, Jenna used her Instagram story to post a sweet snapshot of herself and her newborn indulging in a morning cuddle session. 

‘Morning cuddles,’ she wrote.

In the picture, baby Callum can be seen resting peacefully on his mother’s chest.  

Kazee opted to give fans a clearer image of Callum’s face, when he posted a shot of the tiny being resting in his crib.  

‘Hello my son…welcome to earth,’ wrote the Tony award-winning actor to his 166,000 followers.

He shared a similar shot on Wednesday, where he marveled at his son’s apparent old soul. 

‘This kid already has it all figured out. This is definitely not his first go round the cosmic wheel,’ said Kazee.

In the pic, Callum can be seen looking straight on at the camera as he lays among white sheets and a knit blanket. 

Dewan spoke exclusively to People on Wednesday about how much she has loved observing her 44-year-old fiance become a father for the first time. 

‘It was incredible to watch the awe in his eyes of experiencing birth for the very first time, and the first time he laid eyes on our son.’ 

According to Jenna, Kazee was ‘crying the whole time’ and was the one to ‘cut the umbilical cord.’

‘Seeing his transformation of becoming a dad was one of the best things I’ve ever witnessed. It was beautiful. Birth is such a bonding experience, you’re transformed at the end of it.’   

Though Callum’s birth was Kazee’s introductory to parenthood, Dewan is already mother to her six-year-old daughter Everly who she shares with her actor ex husband Channing Tatum.

‘I’d heard this from a lot of people, that there’s something that happens with the second baby, that there’s a little bit more calm and peace in knowing what’s happening.’

In order to create a calming atmosphere for Callum’s birth, the Flirty Dancing host played a 20-minute Sanskrit prayer titled The Devi Prayer.  

‘It’s a very peaceful song. It always puts me at ease,’ she said. ‘I put that on our playlist and I said to Steve, “If I ever start to look like I’m getting anxious or if I was having a rough time, just please play that.” He was actually born to that song.’ 

Dewan and Kazee welcomed Callum into the world on March 6, less than one month after they announced their engagement via Instagram.

She posted a black-and-white selfie from the delivery room of the newborn sleeping on her shoulder, announcing the baby news. 

Since the coronavirus outbreak, Jenna and Steve have made a conscious effort to document the family’s time in quarantine on Instagram – from cuddles with Callum to bonding time with dog Cosmo.

By engaging in a self-imposed quarantine, the couple are forced to limit all visitors, including family members.

A source close to the family told People: ‘They are limiting visitors to try and keep everyone healthy. The pandemic is obviously extra worrisome with a newborn.’

Meanwhile, Dewan and ex-husband Channing Tatum’s daughter Everly, six, is home for two weeks amid school closures.
