Jameela Jamil has hit back at a racist troll who targeted her on Twitter.
The actress, 34, shared a screengrab of the vile comment in which the user called her a ‘p*** b***h’ and branded her an ‘attention seeking w***e.’
Sharing the post with her 2.9million Instagram followers on Thursday, Jameela responded with: ‘Grandpa… is that you?’

She also captioned the photo: ‘When they tell you misogyny doesn’t exist anymore.’
The star was inundated with support from her fans who praised her decision to call out the racist troll on social media.
One wrote: I don’t understand why people are this way…You handle things so well, just make sure you don’t let the opinions of useless, ignorant people get to you. You’re incredible. You know this.
Another wrote: ‘Misogyny, racism, and poor grammar all in one!

Another typed: ‘That’s just awful. What a hateful thing to say to anyone.’
Earlier this month Jameela spoke about not allowing herself to be dragged into celebrity feuds after Twitter fans hit out at her interviewing Demi Lovato.
The Good Place actress recently interviewed Demi for her inspiring ‘I Weigh’ podcast, but faced some backlash from fan groups on Twitter, that claimed it went against her friendship with Taylor Swift, who has feuded with Demi in the past.

“I’m not being dragged into celebrity feuds,” Jameela tweeted in response. “I’m 34. I’m not involved in any of these dynamics. I don’t care which of them dislike each other.”
She added: “I’m interviewing interesting humans sharing their unique mental health journeys that may help others to learn about.”
When a Twitter user responded with, “You’re just best friends with Taylor Swift,” Jameela replied: “I know and like all of these women separately.”
She expanded on her point, saying: “Their interpersonal histories and relationships are not my fight/business. Not all humans have to get along. Not all women have to get along. It is not as black and white as the internet decides it is. Humans are very complicated.”
The podcast was born out of Jameela’s ‘I Weigh’ confidence campaign, which encourages women to share how much they ‘weigh’ when measured in accomplishments, rather than a number on scale,’
